Q1 How long will it take to obtain a quote for the supply of envelopes?
A We respond to quote requests within one business day.

Q2 After submitting an order, how long will it take for my envelopes to be made?
A That depends. If we have the items you require in stock, almost immediately. Items not carried in stock will have to be manufactured which, depending upon the nature and size of the order, is likely to be at least a few days.

Q3 What are your delivery arrangements?
A We can deliver your envelopes to anywhere you may require. You may also pick them up from our factory in Knoxfield if that is convenient for you.

Q4 Do you manufacture envelopes that vary from standard sizes and styles?
A Yes. We have a number of manufacturing machines that can meet practically every size and style requirements you may have. We produce many square envelopes for greeting card customers.

Q5 Can I get envelopes made in special paper?
A Yes. Just tell us what you requirements are. If we don’t have the particular paper in stock, we can usually source it. Please note that some paper types are not particularly suitable for the manufacture of envelopes.

Q6 Do you just manufacture white envelopes and yellow envelopes?
A We manufacture green envelopes,pink envelopes,red envelopes - any colour you require.

Q7 What is the maximum number of colours you can print on envelopes?
A We can print up to four colours.

Q8 How long does the glue on the envelope seal last?
A In the case of Lic & Stick and Strip & Seal envelopes, the glue will last for years and years. In the case of Self Seal envelopes, the glue will generally last up to two years. The glue will last longer if the envelopes are stored in a cool dark place without direct sunlight.

Q9 What does “secretive” mean?
A Secretive is a pattern printed on the inside of the envelope, its purpose being so the contents of the envelope cannot be read through the envelope if held up to the light.

Q10 Can I have windows that vary from the standard size and position?
A Yes. There is some flexibility as to the size, shape and location of the window. We can also manufacture envelopes with more than one window.
